Platelet‐rich plasma improves acute and chronic anal fissure, a randomized control trial

Abstract: Anal fissure is one of the most prevalent diagnosis in patients with anorectal symptoms. Depending on the chronicity, treatment choices vary, from topical and conservative management to operative ones.
