Abstract: BACKGROUND Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) retains a notable stance in global disease burden, with thrombolysis via recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA) serving as a viable management approach, albeit with variable outcomes and the potential for complications like hemorrhagic transformation (HT).
