Platform of Services to the Support and Development of Applications for Care Activities

Abstract

The aging of population worldwide leads to the emergence of new needs with regard to the provision of care, including continuity and integration of care. Obtaining a holistic view of the users, and have access to this information on the place and time it is needed, is a key aspect to achieve an improvement in care activities. In this paper we propose a Platform of Services to support and build complex applications for the registration of information, which should enable the integration of health care and social assistance.
