Abstract: BackgroundLower-grade glioma (LGG) is a primary intracranial tumor that carry a high risk of malignant transformation and limited therapeutic options. Emerging evidence indicates that the tumor microenvironment (TME) is a superior predictor for tumor progression and therapy response.
