Abstract:Pleomorphic carcinoma (PC) is an uncommon and high-grade form of breast carcinoma characterized by the presence of distinctive pleomorphic giant tumor cells exhibiting bizarre nuclei and atypical mitosis.In this study, we report three patients who presented with lesions composed of a proliferation of large pleomorphic cells with a predominance of multinucleated giant cells on a microscope.
