Abstract:Background
Pleomorphic liposarcoma is the rarest subtype of liposarcoma. Pleomorphic liposarcomas are generally unresponsive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Moreover, metastasis in the liver, as the first and sole site, from a primary extremity soft tissue sarcoma, including pleomorphic liposarcoma, is extremely rare.
