Abstract:Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with psoriasis. Pulmonary involvement is a rare extraarticular manifestation of the disease characterized by rigidity of the chest wall and apical pulmonary fibrosis. Pleural effusion is uncommon in PsA.
