Pleural effusion in relapsing pancreatitis

Abstract: SummaryA case of relapsing pancreatitis complicated by massive pleural effusion is described and the difficulties in confirming the diagnosis are illustrated. The possibility of a pancreatic encephalopathy is also considered.
