Abstract:In this work, PLGA copolymers/polymers with high molecular weight (up to 100000) become synthesised using ring opening method to be suitable for drug delivery systems. Two drugs namely (Tamoxifen citrate, cisplatin) were encapsulated into nanoPLGA copolymer capsules.
