In this paper, a high gain array antenna, consisting of two layers, using Giuseppe Peano Fractal Configuration as its radiation elements is designed, fabricated, an d measured. This fractal array antenna consists of 8×8 fractal elements, is fed by a microstrip corporate feeding network, and works at frequency of X frequency band (10.0GHz). Both simulation and measurement show, the proposed fractal array possesses encouraging performances, e.g. it has a wide |S 11 |<-10dB impedance bandwidth of 12.6%, achieves a gain of 24.1 dBi at its working frequency, which corresponds to an aperture efficiency of 89.4%.
