Polarizable Embedding without Artificial Boundary Polarization

Abstract: We present a fully self-consistent polarizable embedding (PE) model that does not suffer from unphysical boundary polarization. This is achieved through the use of the minimum-image convention (MIC) in the induced electrostatics.
