The wet leakage current of anodized anodes and conductive polymer coated anodes are measured in various electrolytes. The anodized anodes are robust to Ag+, Fe2+, and Fe3+. However, conductive polymer coated anodes are highly sensitive to Ag+ and Fe2+, which permanently affected wet leakage current in I-time measurement. I-V curve is plotted in order to understand the conduction mechanism. For 50V conductive polymer coated anodes, Schottky Effect and Tunneling are the mechanisms between 12V to 50V and above 50V, respectively.
