Polarization selectivity of aloof-beam electron energy-loss spectroscopy in one-dimensional ZnO nanorods

Abstract: Orientation dependent electronic properties of wurtzite zinc oxide nanorods are characterized by aloof beam electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) carried out in a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM).
