Poli̇ami̇d 6/Grafen Nanotabakali (Pa6/Gnp) Kompozi̇tleri̇n Termo-Mekani̇k Özelli̇kleri̇ni̇n Karakteri̇zasyonu

Abstract: ÖZBu çalışmada, Poliamid 6/Grafen Nanotabakalı (PA6/GNP) kompozitlerin yapısal ve termo-mekanik özelliklerine dolgu maddesi olarak kullanılan nanotabakalı grafen partiküllerinin etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla çift vidalı ekstrüzyon cihazı ile eriyik harmanlama yöntemi kullanılarak PA6/GNP kompozitleri hazırlanmıştır. Kompozitler enjeksiyonlu kalıplama yöntemi kullanılarak test numunesi haline getirilmiştir. XRD ve DSC analiz sonuçları γ kristal fazının kompozitlerde baskın olduğunu göstermiştir. GNP katkılı P… Show more

“…Moreover, most studies have targeted single polymer matrices for graphene incorporation, and the effects of graphene or functionalized graphene on the properties and microphase structure of interpenetrating-polymer-network-type matrices have rarely been reported. [12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20] In this study, unmodified or amino-functionalized GNP (NGNP) were introduced as fillers into polyurethane/poly (butyl methacrylate) (PU/PBMA) composites through in situ polymerization. Moreover, to monitor the microstructural evolution of the functionalized-graphene-modified polymer composites and the corresponding changes in their properties, the effects of the fillers on the microstructural, thermomechanical, and damping characteristics of the resulting composites were comprehensively investigated.…”
