The socio-political context of the «post-truth» era, conditioned by the digitalization of all spheres of life, transforms the network content, which forms the basis of network discourses and is the main source of information for the network society. As a result, network content is not simply determined by the categorical concepts of «fact» – «myth», but is completely transformed into the conceptual-categorical apparatus «fact» – «alternative fact», which is essentially informational speculation and leads to the development of destructive socio-political practices and distribution of fake online content. Based on a comprehensive analysis of network data (a methodology developed by the authors that combines theories and methodologies of several areas of scientific knowledge), linguistic models of social and political communication in the online-space were identified and described («Ali Juppe» in France, «Pizzagate» in the USA, «Migrantskidnappers» in India and Pakistan); the result of consumption of new linguo-pragmatic patterns («Allan Juppe – an accomplice of Islamic extremists»; «Don’t vote for Clinton, Vote for Trump» and the side pattern «Save children from pedophiles»; «Pakistani migrants pose a threat») by users of the online-space in the specified countries was investigated; the results of the models’ actions are given and the offline result of the consumption of these patterns is described. The research develops a new direction of linguistic science – network linguistics; consideration of new network models of communication (cognitive stereotypes and linguopragmatic patterns) in the online-space is the main genuine identifier of the discourse varieties formed offline that determine the further behavior (constructive and / or destructive) of the user both online and offline.

Изучение неформальных аспектов политических взаимодействий стало влиятельным исследовательским трендом в анализе российского и, шире, постсоветских политических режимов. Чаще всего концептуальной основой для этого становятся категории патрон-клиентских отношений и неформальных сетей. Несмотря на очевидные коннотации, в изучении последних исследователи крайне редко пользуются возможностями аппарата сетевого анализа (SNA). В то же время он позволяет не только визуализировать сеть и математически оценить различные ее параметры, но и выдвигает гораздо более строгие требования к концептуализации неформальных сетей по сравнению с качественными подходами, в которых понятие неформальной сети до сих представляет собой скорее метафору, чем аналитически обоснованную категорию. В рамках настоящего исследования с помощью метода SNA проанализированы неформальные сети административных элит Свердловской области. Этот регион сумел довольно быстро преодолеть серьезные экономические трудности, вызванные распадом СССР, преуспел в торге с федеральным центром относительно усиления своего правового статуса, а его первый губернатор, Эдуард Россель, традиционно рассматривается как значимая фигура когорты “региональных тяжеловесов” конца 1990-х – начала 2000-х годов. Эти особенности Свердловской области исследователи нередко объясняют силой неформальных сетей, сформировавшихся в регионе, однако такое предположение до сих пор не подвергалось количественной верификации. С этой целью в настоящем исследовании проанализированы неформальные сети руководителей региональных органов исполнительной власти в разрезе двух периодов, совпадающих со сроками полномочий экс-губернаторов Э. Росселя и А. Мишарина. Неформальные сети строились на основе анализа биографий. Поэтому эмпирической базой исследования стала собранная автором база данных биографий для 78 чиновников, состоящая из 665 строк, каждая из которых содержит информацию о карьерном пути включенных в выборку акторов. Далее с помощью кода, написанного на языке R, были найдены пересечения в карьерных путях всех возможных пар чиновников до их попадания на элитные позиции. На основе полученных пересечений были сформированы сети личных связей. Оценив структуру сетей, плотность, наличие сообществ, а также сетевые позиции акторов, мы увидели, как могут различаться паттерны структурирования неформальных сетей в зависимости от стратегий их лидеров.

The present research featured the conflict discourse of online communication in social networks on the topic of abortion ban. The empirical base included 3,000,000 Twitter messages in English. The sampling by keywords women and abortion covered the period from May 1 to July 31, 2022, which saw an outburst of online and offline civic activities regarding some national anti-abortion policies. The resulting web corpus of network linguistic data (datasets) was subjected to multidimensional analysis using such methods as Data Science, mathematical modeling, relational sociology, corpus analysis, discourse analysis, etc. All these procedures combined resulted in a multidimensional comprehensive analysis of the simulated English asynchronous multimodal discursive field in Twitter. The models made it possible to visualize online communications in social networks, as well as to describe the discourse of online communication between pro-choice and pro-life. The authors analyzed the pragmatic potential of network communities on the current political agenda. The method might help to identify the conflict potential that can evolve from online communication into offline socio-political actions.
