Poly‐(2,5‐furanylene Vinylene) Prepared from a Precursor Polymer Soluble in organic Solvents

Abstract: Pol 4 2 Sfuranylene vinylene), PFV) is prepared by thermal treatment of films cast from THgor CHCI, solutions of a me I hoxy precursor polymer. The sequence of reactions is described gtartin from 2,5-dimethylfuran.
