Abstract:The recently developed water‐insoluble tegoprazan (TPZ) belongs to the biopharmaceutical classification system (BCS) class II group was formulated through solid dispersion (SD) technology. SD formulations of TPZ were prepared using hydroxymethylcellulose (HPMC) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) polymers via the solvent evaporation method.
