Polymorphism of LYPLAL1 and TGFA Genes Associated With Progression of Knee Osteoarthritis in Residents Central Chernozem Region of Russia

Abstract: Background. Кnee Osteoarthritis (OA) is a multifactorial disease in which genetic factors play an important role. The share of the hereditary component in the development of OA, according to various literature sources, ranges from 40 to 65%.
