Polyneuropathy in POEMS Syndrome

Abstract: A rare version of paraproteinemic hemablastosis, with the onset characterized by Peripheral Nerve Disease, is POEMS- syndrome (Polyneuropathy, Organomegaly, Endocrinopathy, M-protein, Skin Changes).
