Polypill" conception in modern cardiology

Abstract: Combining treatments with antihypertensive, lipid lowering, antidiabetic and antiplatelet effects into a single pill significantly increases adherence to treatment, provides multiple control of risk factors and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and fatal events.
