Abstract:A 76-year-old man reported a worsening difficulty in swallowing, leading to the inability to eat. Physical examination and CT scan revealed a polypoid mass on the posterior oropharynx and obstructing the oropharyngeal space. Histologically, the surface was ulcerated.
