Abstract:Key Clinical MessagePolypoid endometriosis is a rare manifestation of endometriosis, which may mimic pelvic cancer. This subtype commonly encountered in post‐menopausal women may be wrongly mistaken for a neoplasm on clinical, radiological, perioperative or pathologic assessments leading to inadequate treatment.
