Abstract: A new composite gel material was obtained by blending polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) aqueous solution with sodium alginate (SA), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC‐Na), waterborne polyurethane (WPU), and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP).
