POM-1 inhibits P2 receptors and exhibits anti-inflammatory effects in macrophages

Abstract: Extracellular nucleotides can modulate the immunological response by activating purinergic receptors (P2Rs) on the cell surface of macrophages, dendritic, and other immune cells.
