Abstract:Key Clinical MessageTuberculous brain abscess (TBA) in a child was initially misdiagnosed as glioma. Two craniotomies, abscess drainage, and anti‐tubercular therapy led to recovery. Pontine TBA, though rare and atypical, can have better outcome with timely intervention.
