Abstract: Poorly cohesive carcinoma (PCC) is an uncommon neoplasm characterized by tumorous cells exhibiting a lack of adhesion. PCC has been reported rarely in the small intestine other than at the ampulla of Vater. We present a 40-year-old man with recurrent abdominal pain and small bowel obstruction.
