Population pharmacokinetics and probability of target attainment of meropenem in critically ill patients

Abstract: Several factors may influence meropenem pharmacokinetics in ICU patients. Continuous i.v. infusions of meropenem seem to be more effective than standard regimens to achieve optimal therapeutic targets.
