¿Por qué se han organizado las camareras de piso? Algunas claves e interpretaciones desde la revitalización sindical

Abstract: Este artículo analiza la creación de asociaciones de camareras de piso en un complejo contexto sindical. Este hecho matiza las interpretaciones sindicales sobre su desaparición, al tiempo que señala la dificultad de participar en un contexto altamente institucionalizado. La metodología se basa en la realización de entrevistas y en la revisión bibliográfica y documental.
