Abstract:SAŽETAKIshrana je važan dio svakog fitnes programa. Osnovni cilj dijtetike za fizički aktivne pojedince je da jedu odgovarajuću hranu kako bi poboljšali svoje zdravlje i povećali sportske vještine.
