Porokératose de Mibelli des lèvres bilatérale et symétrique

Abstract: We report an exceptional case of porokeratosis of Mibelli in a 9-year-old girl. The lesions appeared when she was 4 years of age; they are located bilaterally and symmetrically on the lips. The clinical appearance suggests atrophic annular lichen planus rather than porokeratosis of Mibelli. Histopathological examination showed a typical picture of porokeratosis of Mibelli.
