Porous Bleed Boundary Conditions for Supersonic Flows with & without Shock-Boundary Layer Interaction

Abstract: In this paper, several existing porous bleed models are implemented intothe in-house RANS-solver elsA, and their performance are evaluated ontwo different flow cases. Reference simulations are performed to evalu-ate the accuracy of the applied bleed models and to show the lack ofmodeling different plate geometries.
