Considering the socio-economic reality of Brazil and from the relevance of the issues related to entrepreneurship and organizational innovation in the country, the importance of sustainability for the organizations could become a solution for the integration of entrepreneurship with innovation. The objective of this research is to highlight the relevance of sustainability for organizations as a way to trigger the integration of entrepreneurship toward innovation in the Brazilian context. Various exploratory and descriptive researches on the dynamics of entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability in the main organizations of the Serra Gaúcha (RS), Brazil were carried out through the Multidisciplinary Research Group on Innovation and Competitiveness, in partnership with a research Nucleus on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. The main results indicate that the key sectors of this Brazilian regional economy present less "innovation intensity," which are mainly characterized by internal organizational activities of innovation, preventing them to become "regional systems of innovation," and which presupposes the lack of sustainability. Those limitations can be characterized as "innovation ghettos." In that logic, the researchers have also demonstrated the presence of "ghettos of sustainability, ghettos of innovation, and therefore, ghettos of sustainability

Augmented Reality as one of the components of Industry 4.0 is defined as a technology which layers digital improvements, geared to develop an existing real life setting by appealing to the senses. Augmented Reality applications will have possible uses in logistics industry in the near future and ports as the critical components of supply chain mechanisms will have no choice but to integrate such technologies to their services. Moreover, the seaports integrating their systems and strategies to such developments are expected to open up a new competitive field for rival ports. "Blue ocean marketing strategy" (BOMS) asserts that businesses should formulate new value for products and services to customers from different segments and place themselves in an uncontested market environment. The main aim of this paper is to provide an insight regarding the Augmented Reality concept in port business and discuss how such applications can serve in building blue ocean marketing strategies. Following a literature review of the port industry from Industry 4.0 perspective, possible applications of Augmented Reality will be considered by focusing on the marketing strategies of the port businesses.

A Constituição Federal impõe ao poder público, juntamente com a coletividade, o dever de preservar o meio ambiente. A formulação de políticas visando a gestão ambiental vem ao entorno desse dever, implicando na legitimação de novos paradigmas que, na maioria dos casos, significam uma ruptura com o modelo atual, exigindo a formalização de novos instrumentos de trabalho. O presente trabalho busca realizar o diagnóstico da gestão ambiental dos municípios pertencentes à Microrregião de Erechim. Para a realização da pesquisa proposta foi utilizado um método quantitativo estabelecido para aplicação de questionário, buscando a objetividade dos dados e a explanação dos resultados à cerca do diagnóstico de cada município. Em muitos pontos ainda existe deficiência por parte dos órgãos públicos em relação à problemática ambiental, necessitando de novos caminhos para satisfazer essa demanda. Dessa forma, procurou-se sensibilizar os municípios que não estão de acordo com a legislação ambiental ou não apresentam um grande número de indicadores de gestão ambiental municipal, a fim de que atinjam as conformidades, evitando prejuízos e impactos negativos ao meio ambiente.
