Abstract:Port-site metastasis (PSM) is rare following laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Previous reports focused on localized lesions treated with excision; contrastingly, case reports describing extensive invasion into the lower extremity skeletal muscles causing deterioration in activities of daily living are nonexistent.
