Posisi Kerja untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Welder Kerangka Beton di PT. X

Abstract

The construction company located in Malang Regency has five specifications, namely the concrete manufacture section, laboratory, furniture, concrete frame welding field, there is a work accident history. This is probably due to work fatigue due to non-ergonomic work positions. The results of kilograms of concrete frames produced by PT. X is a representation of the level of labor productivity. In the welding section of the concrete frame, the workers in the welding section of the concrete frame perform repetitive activities, so that it can cause work fatigue, so that productivity decreases. Work positions that are not ergonomic also cause other problems, such as the occurrence of musculoskeletal complaints in the neck, back, and whole body to decreased labor wages, decreased labor wages affect the standard of living of workers. there is a need for further research in detail regarding the working position of welding work, considering that work position affects the level of work productivity, this study aims to determine differences in work positions to increase the productivity of the PT.X concrete frame welder, Malang Regency. Where the design used is descriptive analytical research. To test the hypothesis, the analytical technique used is one way annova test analysis to determine the average difference, using the productivity formula instrument. The result of Sig. 0.137 in the working position sitting & standing which means there is no significant difference, Sig. 0.852 which shows that there is no difference in productivity in sitting and squatting positions. As well as the value of Sig. 0.041 in standing and squatting working positions, which indicates that there are differences in standing and squatting working positions on productivity
 Abstrak: Perusahaan kontruksi yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Malang memiliki lima spesifikasi yaitu bagian pembuatan beton, laboratorium, mebel, bidang pengelasan kerangka beton, terdapat histori kecelakaan kerja. Hal itu kemungkinan disebabkan kelelahan kerja akibat posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Hasil kilogram kerangka beton yang di produksi PT. X merupakan representasi tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Pada bagian pengelasan kerangka beton, pekerja bagian pengelasan kerangka beton melakukan kegiatan secara berulang/ repetitive, sehingga dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja, sehimgga produktivitas menurun. Posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis juga menyebabkan permasalahan-permasalahan lainnya, seperti terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal pada leher, punggung, maupun seluruh badan hingga upah tenaga kerja yang menurun, penurunan upah tenaga kerja mempengaruhi standar hidup pekerja. perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut secara detail mengenai posisi kerja pekerjaaan pengelasan, mengingat posisi kerja mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas kerja, peneitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan posisi kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas welder kerangka beton PT.X Kabupaten Malang. Dimana rancangan yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik. Untuk menguji hipotesisnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis uji one way annova untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata, dengan menggunakan instrument rumus produktivitas. Didapatkan hasil Sig. 0,137 pada posisi kerja duduk dan berdiri yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, Nilai Sig. 0,852 yang menunjukkn tidak ada perbedaan produktivitas posisi kerja duduk dan jongkok. Serta Nilai Sig. 0,041 pada posisi kerja berdiri dan jongkok, yang menunjuk terdapat perbedaan posisi kerja berdiri dan jongkok terhadap produktivitas.
