Abstract: Purpose of Review This review attempts to focus on protective ventilation approaches during one-lung ventilation (OLV) and will summarize recent findings. Recent Findings Recent studies have demonstrated the importance of low tidal volume (low TV) and reduced driving pressure during OLV.
