Abstract:Cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) are one of the main causes of mortality and permanent disability in patients. Chronic brain ischemia (CBI) is a slowly progressive dysfunction of the brain with gradually increasing defects in its functioning, which is accompanied by energy deficiency.
