Possibilities of post-mortem diagnostics, including immunodiagnostics, in cases of sudden death due to anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions

Abstract: Diagnostyka pośmiertna reakcji anafilaktycznej i anafilaktoidalnej jako przyczyny śmierci jest bardzo trudna. Dotyczy to zarówno nagłych zgonów bez świadków, jak i przypadków, w których okoliczności nagłego zachorowania i śmierci są znane. Przyczyną tego jest brak charakterystycznych zmian makro-i mikroskopowych w narządach wewnętrznych, w związku z krótkim (a często bardzo krótkim) czasem, jaki upływa od zadziałania czynnika etiologicznego do zgonu.
