POSSIBILITY OF PRODUCTION HIGH Β-Carotene CONTENT JUICES FROM EGYPTIAN COMMON FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Abstract: Possibility of high β-carotene content juice production from our Egyptian common fruits and vegetables was the main goal of this work.
