Possible Relations between Brightest Central Galaxies and Their Host Galaxies Clusters and Groups

Abstract: The r-band of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) for 17,924 brightest cluster galaxies (BCGs) in clusters and groups within 0.02 ⩽ z ⩽ 0.20 are used to study possible environmental relations affecting the nature of these galaxies. We find a correlation between BCGs physical properties (the effective radius (Re ), absolute magnitude and central velocity dispersion (σ 0)) and their host groups and clusters velocity dispersion (σcl ). This type of relations s… Show more

“…2) Take effective measures. Aiming at the various risks that enterprises may face, on the premise of being proficient in grasping relevant tax-related laws and regulations, and understanding the taxpayer's financial situation and requirements, timely formulate various contingency measures [16], and monitor the development form and status of their production and operation behaviours, Timely feedback. Reflect situations that may occur or are not in line with expectations, and adjust their business goals and implementation processes in a timely manner, in order to reduce the tax risks brought to the enterprise due to the uncertainty of the macro environment through risk prevention and management, and improve risk prevention benefit [17].…”

“…The landslide body was 2 km long, 1.6 km wide, the landslide volume was 240 million m3, and the sliding speed was 15-30 m/s. When the landslide body breaks into the reservoir, a surge of up to 90-130m is generated, causing destructive damage to the reservoir bank and the market town downstream of the dam [1]. During the typhoon on July 6, 2011 in Japan, a large amount of debris flowed into the upper reaches of the Naban Igawa Pingguo Dam, causing swells exceeding 5m in height, causing damage to the dam gate and creating a flooded roof.…”
