Possible role of prostaglandins in allergic inflammation

Abstract: Summary Prostaglandins (PGs) and thromboxanes (TXs) are autacoids that exhibit a wide variety of actions in various cells and tissues. There is persuasive evidence that some PGs contribute to causing signs and symptoms of inflammation.
