Abstract: BackgroundEuropean guidelines recommend targeted temperature management (TTM) in post‐cardiac arrest care. A large multicentre clinical trial, however, showed no difference in mortality and neurological outcome when comparing hypothermia to normothermia with early treatment of fever.
