Abstract:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is one of the commonest operations performed on the biliary system. Acute pancreatitis following Lap-chole is quite uncommon. Whether pancreatitis is a complication or a sequalae to surgical treatment of gall stone disease continues to be a debatable issue.
