Post-operative anterior diaphragmatic hernias in children with Trisomy 21 after cardiac surgery

Abstract: Purpose: Morgagni hernias account for less than 5% of congenital diaphragmatic hernias. They are characteristically retrosternal and bilateral, with right-sided predominance.
