Abstract: Category: Ankle; Hindfoot; Midfoot/Forefoot; Sports Introduction/Purpose: Ankle, hind and midfoot fusion/ reconstructive surgery is performed to treat a range of foot and ankle conditions. A prolonged period of immobilisation in plaster is usually advised following this type of surgery.
