Abstract:INTRODUCTION Jejunocolic Fistula following a blunt trauma abdomen is a rare presentation. Lack of specific symptoms and signs make diagnosis difficult and challenging. We report a case of 31 years old man presented as spontaneous Jejunocolic Fistula following a blunt abdominal trauma. Proper radiological investigations and curative surgery must be the aim in managing this rare entity.
