Abstract: Postbiotics offer better properties than probiotics. This study investigated the antimicrobial activity of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum EIR/IF-1 postbiotics against pH-adaptive bacteria, namely Prevotella denticola, Fusobacterium nucleatum, and Streptococcus sanguinis.
