Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is an instrumental procedure in the diagnosis and management of pancreaticobiliary disorders. However, it is associated with risks of morbidity and mortality due to periprocedural complications.
