Postgraduate Study of Professional Pedagogical Education: The General and the Unique

Abstract

The experience related to creation of postgraduate study in Academy of education workers’ upgrade qualifi cations and professional retraining, which last academic year celebrated its twentieth anniversary, is revealed in this paper. The reasonable statement that the postgraduate study created on the basis of additional professional pedagogical education institution, has specifics which needs to be considered at design of content, technologies and organizational forms of educational process, including in the conditions of existing Federal State Requirements is (FSR) submitted.
