Postoperative acute kidney injury after volatile or intravenous anesthesia: a meta-analysis

Abstract: Postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common complication after surgery. The pathophysiology of postoperative AKI is complex. One potentially important factor is anesthetic modality.
