Postoperative Care and Follow-Up After Coronary Stenting

Abstract: Repeated history taking and physical examination play an important role after PCI. For patients at high risk of restenosis and those with complex coronary morphology, coronary angiography may be indicated regardless of the findings of non-invasive stress tests.

“…Während bei Patienten mit stabiler KHK additiv zu ASS die Gabe von Clopidogrel Standard ist, werden bei Patienten mit ACS unter Berücksichtigung der Nebenwirkungen und Kontraindikationen die neueren P2Y 12 -Blocker Prasugrel und Ticagrelor empfohlen.
